THE HEART WORK OUT <3!
For me to work out my heart it is frequently because it makes me have my heart healthy and my blood would be able to get to my heart easy. Also my heart would beat good. I will perform hard because it will make my heart have a good work out and it will beat fast but you are exercising it not have heart problems. I will exercise hard because I will loose more calories and my heart will start getting a good work out to be healthy.
For your heart a good work out would be if you do it for 20 minutes or more. I will help you a lot because I would save you from getting a heart attack. It is also good to work it out for 0 minutes or more because it will help you live a better life and you would be able to do activities with out any problem. Also your movement would be easy and you would move with no problem because your heart is healthy. The kind of physical activity you could do is soccer because you are working out your heart and you are running all around the field and you are making your heart to get stronger and to handle a lot of time running. Another physical activity you could do is basketball you will only work out your heart good when it is a strong game and when you are pressuring a lot. The third physical activity you could do is swimming you I works out your heart because when you swim you get oxygen thru your mouth for your heart and it helps your heart to hold more. |
